If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please send it back within 5 business days with a completed return slip that we would provide for you via email. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn (free of any stains from makeup or deodorant, fragrance scent) and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue an e-credit back onto your account once the merchandise has been returned. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported we reserve the right to issue any type of credit on your account, refund, or gift card. If you need to return an item(s), once you notify customer service, we will issue you a return label. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
Sales, promotions or discounts cannot be applied toward any prior purchases. No exceptions.
NOTE: Items marked as "SALE" are FINAL. Only exchanges for a different size will be accepted.
Can I get my money back?
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you aren't in love with your items for any reason it's totally up to you if you receive a refund or store credit.
Unfortunately if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
Are there any charges for return?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
How soon will I get my store credit or refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit. Once approved we will email you a return label to utilize for your return.
Once the return is received please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued.
