Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. If not reported we reserve the right to issue any type of credit on your account, refund, or gift card. If you need to return an item(s), once you notify customer service, we will issue you a return label. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are returned by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address. Email customer service at: email@example.com
Sales, promotions or discounts cannot be applied toward any prior purchases. No exceptions.
NOTE: Items marked as "SALE" are FINAL. Only exchanges for a different size will be accepted.
Can I get my money back?
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you aren't in love with your items for any reason it's totally up to you if you receive store credit.
Unfortunately if the item is marked FINAL SALE it cannot be returned.
Are there any charges for return?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
